JASA Legal Services for Elder Justice (LSEJ) provides free legal services for adults, age 60+, who live in the borough of Queens. Our legal advocacy professionals are experienced in matters affecting low income older adults and assist with issues pertaining to: 

• Eviction prevention and housing rights; 

• Foreclosure prevention and real property fraud; and 

• Social Security, SSI, Medicare and Medicaid eligibility, and other benefit and assistance programs. 

JASA’s LSEJ also offers information and training to social service agencies, senior centers, and professionals
